Andrew A. Howard
Founder and Managing Attorney
Andrew A. Howard is committed to advocating for worker and civil rights. He has represented clients in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, police misconduct, and sex abuse cases, recovering millions of dollars on their behalf.
Andrew started his legal career at a preeminent multinational law firm, where he worked on a variety of complex litigation cases across different industries and pro-bono matters representing victims of state violence. He then worked at Alexander Morrison + Fehr LLP, an elite plaintiff’s employment firm, where he developed his skills representing employees in high-stakes discrimination and wrongful termination cases. He now leads Edendale Justice Advocacy, PC, where he continues his commitment to workers and victims.
In addition to serving his clients, Andrew is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), where he has organized and spoken on multiple panels. Andrew earned his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he was named a James Kent Scholar (the school’s highest annual academic honor) and received multiple Dean’s Honors Awards for being the top performer in his class. He served as a Notes Editor on the Columbia Human Rights Law Review, where he published a note on elected Public Defenders. Andrew received his B.A. in Political Science from the UCLA, graduating magna cum laude from the College Honors Program.
Andrew is admitted to practice law in the State of California. A native Angeleno, Andrew enjoys karaoke, soccer, public transportation, and rooting for Los Angeles sports teams.

About Edendale
Our firm is named after Edendale, the historic Los Angeles neighborhood where EJA is based, that now makes up Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and surrounding neighborhoods. Historic Edendale was home to a vibrant labor movement and a rich tradition of worker and civil rights advocacy. By carrying its name, we honor the legacy of those who led the fight for worker rights and set the foundation for the employment protections that we use to protect workers today.
